What if our DMS is not listed?+
We integrate with all major RV DMS providers, and the list here covers the ones dealers ask about most. If yours is missing, ask — the answer is usually yes, and where it is not we will tell you rather than promising a roadmap date.
Does Scout replace our DMS or CRM?+
No. Scout reads inventory from your DMS and delivers leads into your CRM. Both stay exactly as they are, and the contracts stay yours — which also means you keep them if you ever leave us.
What happens when a feed breaks?+
Feed health is monitored automatically. A DMS that stops sending, or an outbound feed that stops delivering, is caught within hours by a dead-man check rather than discovered when a customer calls about a unit you sold last week.
Do we have to do the integration work?+
No. Your account rep sets it up during onboarding. What we need from you is authorisation with your DMS and CRM providers, not engineering time.
