ScoutRV and Impel
If you shoot with Impel, the media lands on your unit pages automatically — spins, photo sets and the ordering you configured.
How it works
- Photo order is preserved rather than re-sorted, which matters because the first image is what appears on search results pages.
- 360 spins embed on the unit detail page alongside the photo gallery, either inline or behind a button depending on how you want the page to read.
- Media arrives three ways: a scheduled sync, a real-time webhook when a unit is shot, and a manual per-unit sync for when someone is standing in front of the unit waiting.
- Each dealer supplies its own client identifier, so groups running Impel across several stores are wired store by store.
- You choose whether Impel media replaces your own photos or sits alongside them.

What about units shot before we launched?+
Already-synced media stays as it is; ask your account rep if you need a historical pull rather than assuming it happens automatically.
Do spins slow the page down?+
They load lazily, below the primary photo, so they do not block the page becoming usable.
Do we lose our own photos?+
Only if you want to. Keeping dealer photos alongside the Impel set is a setting.
