The ScoutRV platform
Six things that turn traffic into leads
No single feature doubles a dealer's lead volume. The combination does — and the point of this page is to show you the mechanism rather than a list of adjectives.
AI shopping concierge
A 24/7 shopping assistant that hands your team the whole conversation, not a name.
Plain-English inventory search
"30ft bunkhouse under $45k, sleeps 6" — a sentence in, real units out.
Conversion-built lead capture
Multi-step forms that hand you a usable lead even when the shopper gives up halfway.
Site speed
96 mobile, 82 desktop on Google Lighthouse.
Analytics that surface action
How many unit pages it takes to sell a unit — answered, not buried in a dashboard.
Dealer-editable site
Change a promo in minutes. No ticket, no waiting, no vendor.
Why the combination matters
A fast site with weak forms converts badly. Great forms on a site nobody can search convert badly. An AI concierge on a page that takes five seconds to load never gets the chance to say anything.
The measured 2.5× average across nine dealers who switched is what happens when all of it works together on the same traffic — which is also why we publish the individual dealer results rather than a feature checklist.
Questions
About the platform
Is the whole platform included, or is it tiered?+
All six capabilities ship to every dealer. There is no package where the AI shopping tools are switched off and no upgrade that makes the analytics better. Price follows the size of the group — how many rooftops we are building and running — not which features you are allowed.
Do we have to use all of it?+
No, and most dealers do not run every part of it everywhere. The concierge is commonly live across inventory and switched off on service and parts, for example. Your account rep configures it around how the store actually operates rather than handing you a default and leaving.
What is NOT part of the platform?+
Managed SEO campaigns, paid media buying and bespoke campaign microsites. The technical SEO and the on-page work for your core pages are built into the product; ongoing keyword campaigns and link building are a service somebody has to run, and we would rather draw that line before you buy than after.
