Forms built to capture the shopper who does not finish
A single-step form is a pass-fail gate: complete it and you are a lead, abandon it and you never existed. A meaningful share of shoppers abandon, and on most dealer platforms every one of them is lost silently.
Ask for contact details early, not last
The conventional form asks the easy questions first and the contact details at the end, which means the dealer learns nothing about anyone who leaves. Ours inverts that: name and contact come early, the qualifying questions come after.
The result is that a shopper who abandons at step three still reaches your team as a usable lead, with whatever they had already told us attached.
Every unit page is a lead surface
Unit detail pages are where intent is highest and where most platforms put a spec table and a generic contact box. Ours carry the lead mechanics directly — payment enquiry, trade, availability, test drive — each routed to the right person.
Nothing is dropped on the way out
Leads are written on our side before they are delivered, and a delivery that fails is retried rather than lost. A CRM outage is a delay, not a missing customer — which is not the default behaviour of every platform in this category.

Conversion-built lead capture — questions
Is a partial lead a real lead?+
It is a shopper who wanted something from you and did not finish a form. Whether it is worth a call is your team’s judgement — the point is that on most platforms you never get the chance to make it.
Do partial leads go into our CRM?+
They can, and they are labelled so your team knows what they are receiving. Some dealers route them to a separate follow-up queue instead.
Can we change the questions?+
Yes, per form and per location, through the admin.
