ScoutRV platform
An AI shopping concierge built on your live inventory
Most RV shopping happens after your store closes. The concierge answers questions about your actual units at 11pm on a Tuesday, and when a shopper is ready to talk to a person it hands your team the entire conversation rather than a name and a phone number.
It answers from your inventory, not from a script
A canned chatbot answers "what are your hours". The concierge answers "does the 2024 Grand Design you have in stock have a residential fridge, and will it tow behind an F-150?" — because it is reading your live inventory and the specification data attached to it.
That matters because it is the question that decides whether a shopper keeps looking or moves on, and it is the one a phone tree cannot handle at 11pm.
The handoff carries context
When a conversation becomes a lead, your salesperson does not start over. They get the thread — which units the shopper looked at, what they asked, what mattered to them, what objections came up.
A lead that arrives with a transcript converts differently from a lead that arrives as a row in a CRM, because the first call starts in the middle of the conversation rather than at the beginning.
It knows when to stop
The concierge is not trying to sell an RV. It is trying to get a qualified shopper to your team faster, and it escalates rather than improvising when a question moves into pricing negotiation, trade valuation or finance terms.

Detail
AI shopping concierge — questions
Will it make up specifications?+
It answers from your inventory records and the attached spec library rather than generating from general knowledge, and where a field is genuinely unpopulated it says so and offers to connect the shopper with your team instead of guessing.
Can we turn it off on certain pages?+
Yes. Placement is configurable, and dealers commonly run it across inventory pages while leaving service and parts pages alone.
Does it replace our BDC?+
No. It covers the hours your BDC does not and pre-qualifies before handing over. Dealers who staff a BDC well see it as extending coverage, not replacing headcount.
