Analytics that answer the question you actually asked
Most dealers have analytics and almost none have answers. The gap is not data collection — it is that the question a dealer asks ("is this unit going to move?") is three joins away from anything a standard dashboard displays.
Unit-level, not just site-level
Sessions and bounce rate tell you nothing about a specific coach sitting on the lot. Scout reports at the unit level: how many people looked, how many enquired, how that compares with similar units, and how many views it has historically taken to sell something like it.
That turns analytics into a merchandising tool. A unit with heavy traffic and no leads has a price or photo problem; a unit with no traffic has a findability problem. Those are different fixes and the data separates them.
Attribution that survives the click
Lead sources are tracked properly — paid search separated from display, campaign parameters preserved through the session, click-to-call attributed rather than lost. If you are spending on media, this is what tells you which half is working.
AI insights on top
Rather than making you assemble the story, the platform surfaces it: what changed this week, which units are underperforming their traffic, where lead volume moved and why. It is the reporting layer, not a replacement for your own judgement.

Detail
Analytics that surface action — questions
Does this replace Google Analytics?+
No, and you should keep GA4. Scout reports on things GA4 structurally cannot — unit-level performance against your own inventory — and the two answer different questions.
Can our agency get access?+
Yes. Agency users get their own logins with appropriate scope.
Do we get reporting per location?+
Yes, per location and rolled up to the group, without flattening one into the other.
