Ride Digital

The Ride Digital alternative for RV dealers

Ride Digital is one of the newer platforms in the category. The comparison worth having is not about which site looks better in a screenshot — it is about what happens to lead volume when the same traffic hits a page built around conversion rather than presentation.

What dealers saw after leaving Ride Digital

Three dealers who moved from this platform to Scout — two multi-location stores and one single-location dealer — each measured against its own prior site rather than against a benchmark.

Sessions rose 11% while leads rose 229%, so this is conversion rather than traffic — buying 11% more visitors does not produce three times the leads. 77% of those leads came through the price-unlock form, which the prior site had no equivalent of. Leads are de-duplicated and exclude service requests, parts enquiries and test submissions.

Unique sales leads per month from the same analytics property on both sides of the switch, de-duplicated, excluding service requests, parts enquiries and test submissions. Sessions are reported alongside leads on purpose: the claim is that conversion changed, and that is only checkable if the traffic it converted is on the page next to it. Where a dealer’s lead volume was already rising before they moved, the baseline is their strongest recent run rather than their twelve-month average — the 140-unit store below was averaging 42 a month across the prior year but 49 across the three months immediately before launch, and 49 is the number we compare against. Measuring from the lower figure would credit the platform with a recovery that had already started.

RV News

“Early statistics show that a single-location dealer selling roughly 90 RVs a year increased its website leads by 3.3 times year over year. An eight-location dealership that sells an average of 950 RVs a year increased leads 3.4 times year over year.”

Two of the dealer results we publish, printed by the RV industry’s trade publication in May 2026 — not numbers we are asking you to take on trust.

One correction to the quote: those figures are units in stock, not annual sales. The results elsewhere on this site use them that way.

What Ride Digital is

Ride Digital builds dealership websites for RV, marine and powersports dealers, with an emphasis on a platform that dealership staff can manage themselves and that integrates with the other tools already running in the store.

What Ride Digital sells

Stated from public information, so you can weigh it yourself. Note that this is scope — what is on the price list — which is a different question from what any of it does to your lead volume:

  • Covers RV, marine and powersports.
  • A newer platform than the first generation in this category.

Where ScoutRV differs

Full-service marketing plus a website sounds like alignment, but it only is if both halves are judged on the same number. Across the dealers we measured leaving Ride Digital, leads ran 2.5x at the same spend — one of them tripled unique leads on 11% more sessions. If the site converts at half the rate, the media half of the bundle is buying traffic the website then wastes.

Why dealers tell us they move

What follows is what dealers said when they switched. It is reported experience, not a measurement we made of Ride Digital’s product — we are careful about that distinction and you should be sceptical of any vendor who is not.

  • Conversion depth. Dealers tell us the site looked good but the lead mechanics underneath it — multi-step forms, partial capture, concierge handoff — were thinner than they expected.
  • Measured lead volume after launch. One two-location group that moved to us from Ride Digital went from 42 to 138 unique leads in the first month.

What actually changes

Across nine dealers who switched to us, the average is a 2.5× lift in unique leads in the first 30 days, measured against each dealer’s own pre-launch baseline rather than an industry benchmark. The range is 1.6× to 3.4×.

These are the dealers with clean, comparable data on both sides of a switch, not the whole customer base — the platform runs 60+ rooftops. We publish every individual result behind that average, including the weakest one — an average with no bottom half is not an average. For what it is worth, only one of the nine came in below 2×.

Common questions

Switching from Ride Digital

You cite a 42 → 138 result. Where does that number come from?+

A two-location RV dealer with roughly 330 units in stock, previously on Ride Digital, launched on Scout in January 2026. Unique leads in their first full month were 138 against a prior monthly figure of 42, on 11% more sessions — leads rose 229% while traffic rose 11%, which is why it is a conversion result rather than a media result. It is one dealer and it sits well above our published average of 2.5× across nine dealers who switched, so do not plan on it.

Do you work with dealers who sell RVs and boats?+

Yes. Scout runs multi-category inventory, and dealers selling more than one vehicle type get category-aware search, filters and landing pages rather than one flattened inventory list.

Bring your current invoice and your lead volume.

We will map it against what Scout includes, in the open, on the first call.
