236 to 372 leads: the result that came in below our average

A 1.6× lift — real, but the weakest of the nine results behind the 2.5× we publish. It is on this page because a case-studies section that only shows the wins is not evidence, it is advertising.

Why this one is here

This is the weakest of the nine results behind the 2.5× we publish, and the only one that came in below 2×. Leaving it out would make the rest of the page dishonest by omission.

236 to 372 unique leads in the first full month is a 1.6× lift. It is a good outcome. It is not the 2.5× we lead with — it is the lowest of the nine results behind that average — and a dealer evaluating us deserves to know the average has a bottom half.

What made this one different

Mixed inventory. Seven stores selling RVs alongside utility trailers — two shopper populations with almost nothing in common. An RV buyer researches for months; a utility trailer buyer often decides in an afternoon.

The tools that produce the largest lifts elsewhere — plain-English search, concierge conversations, long consideration journeys — do comparatively little for the trailer half of that catalogue. The lift concentrated on the RV side, and the blended figure came out lower as a result.

What we would tell a similar dealer

If a large share of your units are low-consideration purchases, model the lift on the high-consideration part of your catalogue and treat the rest as unchanged. That produces a more accurate expectation than applying a blended average to everything.

Method

Unique leads in the first full month on the new site, measured against that dealer’s own pre-launch baseline. Figures are supplied by the dealer’s analytics and CRM, not modelled. The dealership is not named because we do not publish a client’s numbers under their name without written clearance.

Questions about this result

Why publish a below-average result?+

Because a results page with no bottom half is not credible, and because a dealer with a similar inventory mix should be able to find themselves in it. This is the only one of the nine results we publish that came in below 2×, against a 2.5× average — but leaving it out would make the other eight worth less, not more, to someone about to sign a contract.

Does Scout work for utility trailer inventory?+

Yes — it lists, prices, feeds to marketplaces and converts. The point above is narrower: the AI shopping layer contributes less on a purchase someone makes in an afternoon than on one they research for three months.

What is the lowest lift you have seen?+

This one. If we record a lower one, it will appear here too.
